One on One sessions are a great place to start if you are completely new to Pilates. You will be instructed with your specific goals in mind. Sessions involve both mat and equipment work. 50 minutes in length. Per Session: $95 Ten Sessions: $900 Twenty Sessions: $1700

Small group sessions present the entire Pilates Method, shared with a partner or two. If you have a partner in mind who is also interested in starting Pilates and is at a similar fitness level, you may start together. If not, it is best to start with a One on One session.
